The Team Behind the Experience

Lopota was founded on a bold ambition. In 2008, building a hotel by a forgotten lake seemed unrealistic to many. Yet through Goga Maisuradze’s vision, a 7-room hotel has grown into a 310-room resort, where untouched nature and genuine care for people remain at the heart of every experience.

 A Story That Became a Legend

Today, Lopota brings together 16 buildings with wellness, adventure, dining, and conference spaces, all in harmony with nature—without ever feeling overwhelming. A rich landscape of plants, roaming animals and birds, organic vineyards, olive trees, and beehives deepen the connection to nature. At the heart of it all is Bobby, the loyal dog who has become a symbol of the resort.
